Sauerkraut and Swiss balls

1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 cup sauerkraut
1 tsp chives
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp horseradish
hot pepper flakes to taste- I use about half a tablespoon
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cup flour
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder

combine, deep fry in hot oil in little balls.
